Medical stories

Abstract
In this chapter, I reconstruct two medical stories from the literature that illustrate both virtuous and unvirtuous physicians and healthcare professionals. The first story is in the physician's voice and represents virtuous clinical medicine, while the second is in the patient's voice and represents unvirtuous healthcare. I conceptually analyze both stories in terms of the virtues and vices presented in Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5.
