Korean confucianism reconsidered
pp. 223-238
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the philosophical trend of Korean Confucianism in the modern period. As the history of Korean Confucianism is as long as that of Chinese Confucianism, the content and the characteristics of Korean Confucianism are very rich and variegated. But an examination of the whole history of Korean Confucianism is beyond the scope of this paper.
