The idea of equivalence

Wolfe Mays

pp. 19-32

Abstract

One of the clearest introductions to Whitehead's thought is to be found in certain parts of A Treatise on Universal Algebra: ideas are formulated there which also occur in his later work. A good example of this is his discussion of the idea of equivalence.
