D. Ihde, Husserl's missing technologies
pp. 305-312
Abstract
Don Ihde, longtime prospector on the frontiers of phenomenology, science, and technology, has recently published a book in the Perspectives in Continental Philosophy series (Fordham University Press) edited by John D. Caputo. The title of the book, Husserl’s Missing Technologies, already implies a critique of Husserl. Together with his earlier book published in the same series, Heidegger’s Technologies (2010), Ihde is squaring accounts with his philosophical predecessors.
